Pay & Hours:

  • £12.52 per hour
  • 19 hours per week – Days
  • Working on a 7-day rota with alternate weekends.

The Role:

As a chef, enjoy a day shift pattern that ensures a balanced work-life schedule, allowing you to excel in your culinary career while cherishing quality time at home. You will:

  • Prepare and serve food and drinks to our Service Users.
  • Be aware of specific needs and preferences from our Service Users.
  • Keep cleaning products safely stored as well as order cleaning products for the kitchen.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen area is up to the highest standard.
  • Use a person-centred approach towards our Service Users during meal times.

About you:

  • Holds a relevant qualification for this role (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working in a kitchen environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of individual dietary needs.
  • A good understanding of those with challenging behaviours.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
