The Grange
Care and Support is delivered by HICA at Home, which has been rated Good overall by the Care Quality Commission (read report here). The service is managed by Sian Mann, an experienced Registered Manager, and supported by a team of well-trained and dedicated team managers and care workers. Each apartment is equipped with an emergency call system and personal pendant and the care team is on call and available 24 hours a day for that extra peace of mind.
The HICA at Home care team can provide a wide range of care and support services from basic tasks such as housekeeping and laundry to more complex tasks such as medication support or direct personal care with a full support package. These can be as little, or as often as you need it. You can choose to purchase your care services from our own on-site care team or if you prefer, we can help you to arrange for a different company of your choice to support you. A visit from a friendly, experienced care support worker can help to maintain your independence as long as possible and allow you to continue to live the life you know.
At The Grange we can also offer support with the more social aspects of daily living such as room service-style deliveries to your apartment, shopping and collecting prescriptions or companionship and help whilst recovering from an illness. Whatever your needs, HICA at Home will work with you to find a suitable and affordable support package that lets you stay firmly in control of your life in your own home, on your own terms.
